Researched Best Practices
OATHPSC draws from successful consultative referral models:
Iowa’s PATH Program
Iowa’s PATH Program, which integrates outreach, assessment, short-term case management, and strategic referrals for housing and wellness services.
CSH (Corporation for Supportive Housing)
which provides training and technical
assistance to communities without directly delivering housing—an approach OATHPSC
emulates through consultative support.
Minnesota’s Housing Stabilization Services (HSS)
offering up to 150 hours per client to facilitate transitions into independent housing, including help finding homes, funding
supports, and moving-related services.
